The ESD Early Career Development Grants (ECDG) is an opportunity for early career scientific staff to develop new concepts, tools and approaches with the potential to complement and/or enhance existing ESD research programs as well as develop new research directions in ESD. These projects are envisioned to be ‘seed’ projects that can be completed within 1-2 years. You will find the complete ECDG 2013 guidelines and submission coversheet files below.
A few things to note for those who wish to apply:

- The maximum grant size is $40,000
- Two-page funding requests are to be submitted to me, Carol Valladao, on or before December 19, 2012
- Contact Carol Valladao if you need assistance with your budget
An announcement of the awardees should be made in February and the funding period should begin March 2013.
Please let Carol know if you have any questions.
