Open Transparent Water Data CA Workshop

LBNL LogoWhat: The Open and Transparent Water Data Act (AB 1755) presents an opportunity to improve data publication and decision-making associated with California water management. With ideas and feedback gathered from three previous CCST-DWR-UCWater workshops, the AB 1755 Technical Working Group and Stakeholder Working Group have produced two reports documenting related efforts on open water infrastructure architecture and decision-driven water data provision. This fourth ‘capstone’ workshop is a chance for interested agencies, stakeholders and members of the water community to learn about and provide final input into these documents, and to engage in a forward-looking dialogue associated with open and transparent water data in California.

When: November 29, 2017, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Where: Hosted by Berkeley Lab at International House near UC Berkeley Campus, 2299 Piedmont Avenue, Berkeley CA.
