Biography
Lin Meng is a postdoctoral scholar in the Climate and Ecosystem Sciences Division at Berkeley Lab. Her current research is focused on the processes associated with the large-scale forest-atmosphere exchange of carbon, water, and energy in Amazonia using field measurement, remote sensing images, and Earth system models. She received a B.S. in Meteorology from Shenyang Agricultural University, an M.Sc. in Meteorology from the Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences, and a Ph.D. in Environmental Science & Geology from Iowa State University.
