Biography
I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Energy Geosciences Division at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL). I work on the computational modeling of multiphase fluid dynamics with an application in porous media subsurface flows. My other research interests include multi-scale modeling of phenomena such as phase change and energy transport in multiphase flows. I obtained my PhD at Purdue University in August 2019, and I have been working at LBNL since September 2019. My doctoral work involved the numerical modeling of nucleate boiling and flow boiling in two-phase flows with an application in micro-channel heat sinks. In my free time I like to play the acoustic and electric guitar with a special interest in Blues and 60’s rock.
