Biography

Tracy Bigelow is the Senior HR Division Partner for the Earth and Environmental Sciences Area (EESA) at Berkeley Lab. Tracy contributes to several activities which includes but is not limited to:

• Advisor to EESA senior management team in workforce planning, performance and salary management, awards and recognition programs, employee-labor relations, organizational development and communication and implementation of new HR initiatives.
• Provides day-to-day assistance and guidance to supervisors and employees on Lab policies, HR Services, HR actions including hiring/terminations, promotions, salary, performance management, training, coaching, mentoring, medical leave and employee-labor relations.
• Member of the EESA Inclusion and Diversity Committee, Awards Committee, as well as other Lab-wide process improvement committees.
• Coach supervisors in annual 360 review
