Curriculum Vitae

There has been explosive growth in the number of regional climate datasets, but little guidance on how to choose between them and how to interpret the scientific results to assist policy making. Therefore, it is important for scientist to make connections with stakeholders and provide accurate climate projections to meet stakeholders’ needs.

As a Project Scientist in the Climate Sciences Department, I primarily work on the model validation and uncertainty quantification that aims 1) to trace the source of uncertainties; 2) to understand the uncertainty propagation from climate data to climate models, hydrological models and decision-relevant outcomes; 3) to control uncertainties within tolerance limits.
